Owner is so rude!!! She did not address my concerns at all, they sit the babies in front of tv all day. The place is dirty and smells of animal feces, probably because they let workers bring their non service animals. They lie on the app and talk bad about other children.
Horrible place. Owner allows a worker to bring their puppy (not a service animal) all day. Owner threatens to kick you out if you have a valid concern. They prob bottles up for the babies and lie about it. My kid never had diaper rashes until going here. Just awful.
They prop bottles up for children as young as 3 months old. They have a puppy peeing and producing feces on a puppy pad locked in a office about 5 feet from the infant classroom. They are beyond understaffed. Sanitary concerns as they close due to their workers being sick all the time. Owner changes business name every couple years to rid of bad reviews but don’t be fooled, it’s been the same owner for years.
