Plan: Notice to comply sent on 5/21/26 for completion. Notice to Comply received. We had a meeting on 4/30/26 about how we speak to children in the classroom. We do NOT threaten them by saying WE CALL YOUR PARENTS. Each staff member understood why we don't say anything like that. We also went over if All staff members have been strictly instructed that we do not use a child's parents, family members, or outside individuals as a threat to force compliance. Personnel will never say phrases such as, "I am going to call your mom/dad," "Your parents are going to be mad," or any language that leverages a child's fears or causes emotional distress. The Owner/Director will conduct daily, unannounced classroom walk-throughs and visual observations to monitor the language and tone staff use when children are non-compliant. Any continued use of unauthorized behavior-management techniques or threatening language will result in immediate formal disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The Staff understood completely
