Plan: The program turned on portable heaters in attempt raise the temperature of the program. The temperature of the program was 65 degrees Fahrenheit upon completion of the licensing visit. The program will ensure the temperature of the program remains between 65 degrees Fahrenheit and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Upon arrival to the program, licensing observed the temperature inside the program was 60 degree Fahrenheit.

Plan: Ms. Lane states that someone coming out to the program to repair it. Ms. Lane states the outdoor play area is not in use, currently, until the repairs are made. The program will check to ensure the fence is in good repair at all times.
