Understaffed out of ratio way to often. kids mistreated and grabbed put out of sight of camera special needs kids called “not very bright” or stupid. Let’s abusive kids stay if parents are difficult and kicks kids out that could easily benefit from positive reinforcement if teachers were educated on appropriate practices and carried them out. We are teachers to teach not to babysit and get mad.
