Description: Kinko's Early Learning Center A Program of Santa Barbara City College Preschool Program The Preschool Program is a child-centered child care facility that encourages children to choose freely from a wide range of play and learning experiences. In addition, the Pre-school Program is a student teaching site for the SBCC Early Childhood Education Department. The variety of experiences include opportunities for creative self-expression, development of manipulative skills and motor coordination, increasing knowledge through science and cooking, the development of concepts through exposure to materials which stimulate basic cognitive processes and growth of language skills. The Pre-school Program offers full day care for children, 2-5 years old. The daily program includes two nutritious snacks, a hot noon meal, and a restful nap period.
