I was a lot of work getting the kids enrolled we felt like we was getting the run around going back and forth to doctors for paperwork so it wasn’t easy at one point I felt as if they make it harder purposely for you to enroll your kids to see who are willing to take all the necessary steps labeling everything which I found that very professional and organized so I loved it it was like a challenge for me I been and I have been professionally trained in certified in disinfecting and sanitation practices so I didn’t Mind give them a 3 because they have some the most kindhearted people I have ever met working in the daycare GOD has used them to bless me in so many ways everyone was so sweet and kind they gave me diapers they gave me a gift card and so many good things but I have to give me complete honest experience so one thing that rubbed me the wrong way and is a bit concerning was at the time when I was at my lowest even though they had done some great things for me one of the employees Shannon had said something to me that hurt my feelings we had a conversation about the kids and after I explained to her that sometimes I feel like they give me the run around purposely so that I can just keep the kids at home she made a comment and said that we are not acting differently you have been acting differently and I don’t know maybe it’s because you are Struggling!!! And I instantly got quiet and said wow so I left that day I went home and cried to my partner because it really made me feel worst then I had already felt knowing we had been working so hard I worked a good paying job he did as well yet we were still having a hard time managing money and the rent and cost of living was getting overwhelming so eventually I talked to the director she apologized and was unaware of what was all said and told me she would have a talk with her but I never received a apology eventually I was getting ready to take the out but by then they decided maybe the kids should be taken out the program and when I walked in I I seen that they were in the office talking about something and she slightly shut the door but I still never received a apology so I’m just want people to be mindful of my experience be careful how you treat others I would definitely recommend this daycare but keep this comment in mind when it comes to the character of someone you trust with your children specially in the name of the Lord YEHSHUAH Amen ????????
The ladies are very messy and they gossip and interfere in your personal life .. me and my x wife are going through a custody battle and a nasty divorce , so I went to pick up my sons and the co worker Brandi starts being rude and telling me a real man takes care of there kids and when was the last time I did anything for my sons , I was very upset to hear that because I am fighting very hard for my kids , I called the daycare owner and there wasn’t much she could do she told me it was he said she said !!
Ladies love the kids and they sets boundaries is a loving, godly way. Good learning and playing mixture.
