SERIOUS-When licensing arrived the indoor temperature was 63 degrees. SERIOUS-When licensing arrived, a staff member was in the parking lot leaving a classroom with a ratio of 12:1 with 2 Infants. Children were served food items that were left uncovered in the classroom for a significant amount of time. Children were served hot breakfast food items that had been sitting in the classroom for a significant amount of time on a plastic plate. Food was not kept warm. SERIOUS-There is a bassinet in the director's office. |

Plan: We have ensured that there are plenty of staff in the mornings. We held an employee meeting on 12/12/24 and informed employees that if you are cooking in the morning, you are to step in the classroom as soon as the room is close to max ratio. We discussed that once you are in the building, you are not to leave unless there is relief for you to step out. We now have a total of 5 people scheduled by 7:30 am. |
