We love Kidsuccess. As a parent knowing that your children are safe, loved and well taken care of. My children jump out of the car and eager to see their teachers. This is a very clean secure center. I highly recommend it

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to kidsuccess. The staff there is so caring and loving.. My children are learning so much and they are eager to go to school each and every day. If you're looking for quality day care this is the place to go.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I was going to be generous and give this place two stars but after thinking about everything I have been through with them I decided to give them one.
I will start by saying that Carrie asked that myself and my kids no longer return to the center after advocating for the way staff treats kids and parents. So Carrie, before you come on here replying to what I am saying please state the real reason why I was asked to leave. I have all of the emails that you have sent and all of the proper reports have been made. I have asked her numerous times to speak with the owner in which the owner refuses to speak with me. Not a way you do business to start off with. But I should've known the owner was too cowardly to face the parents and what goes on with the center when I spoke one time, in years, with her and she told me she was a "token white woman". Not the way you converse with a parent. Anyways I have had my fair share of advocating for numerous children around me when I come into the center which Carrie, I guess, got tired of. I have all of our emails, and proof of how she speaks to parents about children and about other staff members and also how the kids are treated there. Let's say that my foot was one out the door when I seen the way Amber, with the braids, threw a child down on the concrete. When I brought it to Shannon's attention (Carrie doesn't work on specific days she works from home) so I brought it to Shannon's attention and she said that Amber has a lot of complaints against her and that Carrie knows and they are keeping a close eye on her because they do not want her in the center. So if you, or anyone you know, has a child at KidSuccess who has autism, a small boy with long hair, i believe the dad is African American, please let him know that his child is not being treated physically right. (He can also ask to view the cameras which he, and all parents, is entitled to if your child isn't being treated right or an incident occurs. That, or the police can view them). Carrie also doesn't care who she hires. She has told me straight out of her mouth that she just needs bodies there and that she is so short staffed. She hired someone for the Kindergarten room (I believe that is the room but I think they switched her around now) her name is Amanda she is a bigger girl and she has no skills whatsoever with dealing with the kids there. Every time I came to pick my kids up she was yelling at the kids, the kids were running in the halls dancing in the halls and all she could do was yell and get overwhelmed. I was also there one time when she had no control over the classroom and another staff walked in by the name of Janea (however you spell it) and Janea walked into the room and yelled "Didn't you hear what she told y'all.  Y'all need to shut y'all mouths and listen". This was said to 5, 6, and 7 year olds. Pure ghetto. These are all recent events that just made me not want to put up with it but Carrie is too coward to deal with issues head on. The kids went to the zoo on July 22nd. I let Amber (the one who is the assistant) know that I would be showing up to go to the zoo myself and to see the kids. She said OK but she will probably say she doesn't remember that like she never remembers anything. But anyways, when I showed up to the zoo, I first saw my younger child's class. When they saw me the kids got excited and got a little loud and started playing around. Understandable when your a staff and they are eating to get a little frustrated. I meant no harm. I said hi and bye. But when I showed up, Amanda, the big girl, was with another staff member and she said to that staff member "They kids are messing around because this parent came and this is how they get when parents are around" Like OK excuse me. I had to control the environment myself because she did not know how to do her job like many other instances. Carrie hires anybody and here is an example. She hires family members and acts like she doesn't know they are family members but talks trash behind their back. She let me know that she did not want them there and said they probably wouldn't last long but really needed them because she was so short staffed, once again. She hired a new staff named Crystal who has no credentials, no real references. But she hired her because she said she worked for the YWCA before which is only true because she babysat and get paid from the state for it. I know this because Carrie told me.  She is also one of the most ghetto staff members I have ever come in contact with. Not speaking to parents, eye rolling, smacking of gum, always on her phone when she is with kids, just lazy and unprofessional. Carrie cant keep her mouth shut when it comes to everyone else's business and the useless a** owner Eileen doesn't care about anything going on at the center just cares about making money. So sad.
There are so many things I can say but so little time. So If anyone wants to know anything please let me know. I'm sure you can send me a message on here or any of the other platforms this review will be posted on.
If you do try and send your kids here please monitor what goes on in the classrooms. When you send them up the stairs, wait about 5 minutes when that door shuts to hear how they are talked to or before you send them in that kindergarten classroom, wait to hear how the other kids are talked to. I guarantee you just because the surface looks good doesn't mean the environment is clean.
Shannon and Amber (assistant) are Carrie's right hand men they do her dirty job. They report every little thing back to Carrie so watch out for that if you decide to put your kids in there. I had a word with Shannon one day and two minutes later I got an email from Carrie saying that Shannon just called her. Shouldn't Shannon be doing her job instead of on her phone during daycare hours?
Alizae or Allison (I never really knew her real name) one of the few staff members that actually did her job. She is fairly new to the center. Stephanie was also alright in my book. Two good staff members there. And the older ladies who work in the mornings and in the infant rooms. All pretty good. It comes down to the middle rooms where you get the shifty staff members who don't know how to or don't want to do their jobs. Good luck in your daycare searches and please take this into consideration. There are other daycare options that have live footage that you can access from home from their cameras. KidSuccess doesn't want you to see anything. They will also claim that they don't have precious footage just live, that is a lie. Good luck!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I bring my daughter to this center and I have to say it is one of the most cleanly centers I have observed and they are really taking the extra precautions especially with covid, I am very confident with my daughter going here and staying healthy and protected at that. My daughter learns here too every day I see her grow more. I love the teachers interaction with her, she is so loved at kidsuccess! The staff is very caring and considerate also. They have treated me as a person and a mother. This center also has high security and I know my child is secure. This is one of my favorite features. I would proudly recommend kidsuccess to anyone. Thank you.

Awful. My nephew comes home to tell us that he watched lion king today. I does not seem that he is even being taught anything, its just like being at the babysitters. He also came home saying that he heard his teacher say that she does not want him in the school anymore. The other day he came home saying that he was being bad, and the teacher PULLED HIS HAIR. Now he is getting written up for the smallest things because we approached the director with the incidents. He says all the time that the teachers are mean to him. We are pulling him asap from this institution.

We love this day care. My son first went here for preschool. When I returned to work almost 2 years later, every one here remembered us! The staff is very friendly. My children LOVE IT there!
