I have used this provider for less than 6 months
We brought my 6 week daughter to their care. After her first week she started projectile vomiting and we ended up in the emergency room worried about her being dehydrated. My daughter ended up putting her on acid reflux medication and her needing gas drops each time she eats. We finally figured out the problem. My husband walked in to her bottle being propped up in a bouncy chair while the other employees stood around or sat on the couch. When my husband brought this up to the office (because it is against state regulations). When he brought that up Dolly's response was "They (as in State) can't do anything unless they catch us." WHAT? Who says that to their customers, let alone has those morals. Our daughter is no longer in their care and no longer vomiting and is coming off her medication. Reported this to state as well. I don't suggest taking your child their unless you want a center with no morals, or ethics and don't care when your child is being improperly taken care of.
