I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Afternoon children always fighting, and screaming no control. No proper communication between the staff and families!! Staff never even says Hello in the morning not even the Director of facility. Only one teacher may say Hello the rest are too busy talking to each other not even the kids.
No wonder owner was arrested in North Branford for embezzlement, never minded being paid from an institution even overpaid, never returning the overpayment.
But gladly give you a bill when you cannot afford it.
