The Decatur staff, while having their Christmas party last night at a local restaurant, were openly and loudly making fun of a wait staff. They obviously perceived the person to be LGBTQ, and apparently felt it was ok to harass that person. I cannot imagine ANY of these people being allowed to work with children. For them to so blatantly and openly be cruel to a wait staff, I can only shudder to think of how they must be with children. This agency needs to CLEAN HOUSE! Get some training! Grow up!
