I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Edited an earlier review- I was too mad to spell check my original one, and now we are out of this place.
There are so many things wrong with this place. They lie, lie, lie. The food is described as healthy with vegetables, fruit and whole grain. However, they serve hot dogs with canned green beans, pizza with cookies, and are constantly giving cookies and candy for snack. Then they have the nerve to complain that my kid is running around not listening! Well, give an active kids a bunch of sugar, and what do you expect?!? They do not know how to adequately handle bright children and the director is a sexist, favoring the girls and letting them bully the boys. They teachers even complained to me about how the girls are left to run wild. The director apparently has never had an education class in her life and does not understand behavior. Even if I were not a psychologist, most of this is pretty self explanatory and simple. But, it is apparently too complex for her. This place does not communicate well; hardly at all, really. But they like to tell you that they do. Again and again they tell you, but fail to actually do it. I had many conversations with her regarding the utter lack of communication and how they kept dropping the ball. She blamed the teachers, they blamed her and they all blamed me for some reason. I was thinking about tape recording these jerks. They never sent their calendar out on time and were then frustrated that no one ever followed their theme days or bought stuff in when the school wanted it. How can we when you do not provide the information? My child is out of here. We just left for K for one child and I pulled the other out to a better preschool. The teachers are generally ok, but are cowed by the oppressive director. They also are not great at communication though, and will blame parents when the teachers themselves have failed to communicate. They have had problems in the past, and pretty currently, with teachers just not watching the kids. There is a high turnover and the environment is pretty oppressive. I heard that this school used to be great when a particular baby teacher was there, but this is not so anymore. then they lost the only other good employee who truly cared about the kids. I would NOT recommend this place. The director is really just something else. I could not use a single good word to describe this horrible excuse for a human being. They will not change their behavior. They are not welcoming to feed back and they will NOT support your bright child. Run away from this place.

This pre-school is phenomenal! My child has attended this school for three years. We have had wonderful experiences from the very first phone call and every step along the way. This school is truly a class 1-A program. Our child is happy here and thriving. We feel confident that this school is providing a safe, nurturing, fun, educational environment for our child. When we expand our family we will continue to send our children here. The Director keeps us well informed of the day to day activities, as well as future plans. Being two highly educated professionals, my husband and I vetted a number of local programs and NOTHING came close to matching what this school offers our family. Thank you KAW for giving us that peace of mind!
