Awful do not send your child here! At first glance all staff seem pretty nice. There are some older staff there that make you feel more comfortable because in my mind I felt like they would be able to guide younger staff and ensure the best environment for my child. My child was in this school about a year 1/2 and when she arrived she already knew her letters colors, shapes. And she hasnt learned anything new since being at the facility except she comes home suggesting tv shows I havent even heard of letting me know they just park the kids in front of the tv all day. They havent provided a curriculum of what they are working on with the children, no art projects other than a few random scribbles on some construction paper with my childs name on it and i may receive that once a month. When i question what the kids are working on its always them having to check with another teacher and someone will follow up which doesnt happen. I was told once summer is over the preschool program will begin and learning will take place but that was just empty words. About a week ago my childs teacher brings my child to the door for pick up and says she had a bad day but does not elaborate. I ask my child who is 3 years old what happened that she had a bad day she stated she had an accident in her underwear and her teacher Ms Jackie spanked her leg. I dont know why Ms Jackie felt she had the right to spank my child but that is a complete betrayal of trust that i leave my child with u and you take it upon yourself to hit her. When confronted she denied of course. But my child is three she is not lying on this teacher. My child was asked multiple times and has been consistent on being spanked , consistent on why it happened, and consistent on what part of her body was hit. Im disgusted that after notifying the director no action has been taken. I do not recommend this school to anyone. I have pulled my child out and will never return!
I was visiting the doctors office next door and as I'm waiting I see the kids walking with 2 employees. From what I had seen 2 little girls holding hands were walking slower than the rest of the group and the employee behind them pushes one of the girl with her knee, which could have caused her to fall. The same employee then grabbed another child aggressively by her coat as the child was walking towards the street. Parents, I know you work and have no one to care for your child but please know the people who are caring for them. Because from what I seen. These people are not the type to be even having any kids.
