This use to be an amazing daycare however the terrible and unprofessional management and lack of owner responsibility has made this an unsafe, unwelcoming and unfit business. Once your child moves to the main center if they’re to loud or to hyper or need a little extra help the staff forces you out by any means possible including picking on your child. My 3 year old was there for a year before moving to the main center where they immediately had issue and accused my son of being violent and biting, I received constant calls asking me to come get him because they “couldn’t handle him”. When addressed with his needing IEP and possibly being on the spectrum the accusations went back to my child bites. They never addressed the bruises or scratches my child had on his body not that another child was tormenting him and hurting him. Shelly the director is an unprofessional and disrespectful person and has no business around children. Half the staff doesn’t show up for work or sits around all day having children do their work. The staff was in baby world and the toddlers rooms are wonderful and unfortunately abused and under paid by the director. Please do not take your children there unless you have amazing insurance.
Shelly is impossible to work with. The Better Business Bureau lists this place as an F for a reason. Parents beware. Absolutely disgusted by my experience with this poor excuse for a daycare. I'm honestly surprised it hasn't been shut down.
Honestly shocked by how unprofessional and downright rude the director is. No way to run a business.
This facility is dangerously and poorly run. My child spent less than a week there, and every single day staff complained that they didn’t have enough staff to properly watch the children. Shelly in particular is incredibly rude, unprofessional and explicitly ableist. My son was able to walk right out the door to the streets, and Shelley blamed it on my son’s autism and their complete lack of control and supervision. Shelley also said multiple incredibly shocking opinions on autism, and insisted that the owners that run this hole also agree with her. We have pulled him out immediately for his safety and to no longer subject him (or us) to Shelley and have requested a refund at this point. I’m not shocked to read the other reviews that mention Shelley, the rampant ableism, and the all around safety concerns surrounding this daycare. Utterly appalling.
