I have used this provider for less than 6 months
My son Massimo been in this school for few months and our experience is horrible.
First of all, care about infants!! Second, Communication !! Third , they will ignore their own policy/contract and will try to charge you even after you give them required 4 weeks notice that your child wont be attending their school anymore, and pay for next 4 weeks as you are required.
Let me start with their care for infants. Our baby was coming home sick, every single week.
One day he got home and we noticed big chunk of his hair was cutted.
We have sent email to ask what happened and why nothing is reported,
they replied more than unprofessionally by making a joke of worried parent: "We are not a hairdressers"
Second time when we wrote complain that he came home with red bleeding abrasions on his genitalia area, no diaper cream on his hurt booty , big line of nail cut in his gentle area... and there was no REPORT to parents??? Our complain even was not why that happened, but why is there no communication when accident happen.
They didn't even have audacity to reply to our concerns. Do we have to inspect our kid every time when he come back from day care?
Their license should be checked and inspected, because people are trusting you with their kids, little sweet infants!
I'm posting pictures as a proofs of our conversations!!!
Third,
after his hair was cutted off (friday) , we talked with them on Monday and gave them 4 weeks notice (because we were required to).
After those 4 weeks expired, they kept trying charging our cards and calling to "ask" what is going on with payment and where is Massimo.
Few times they even used their app to upload "Massimo pictures" as he is in school and sending group pictures of kids and there was not our son, he was with us.
It got us worried for moment, but we didn't bother to check why they are doing it because our baby was with us and safe, so we didn't care.
Now we are facing $1747.00 on debt collection for "not giving 4 weeks notice" (will post picture of proof that we did send them notice on their official email)
That of course will be disputed, but with additional cost of lawyer and a lot of time invested. For what? For not letting stranger to keep neglecting my kid? Still had to send him 4 weeks in facility that I didn't trust just because I didn't have other option but to pay them, but I'm still facing those charges??
Save your dignity , save your nerves, save your child !
