My grandkids went there for one week after that they put all three out after she got money off all 3. One of my grandsons they said was behavioral and they did not want to be bothered with him so they put all 3 out. The fist day the director took our money and said she will work with us and that she believes in helping our black kids she lied and only has interest in the money. She took it and put them out. The other kids she put out for nothing. That week they was there. My grandkids was starved every day so they got little to no food and for what they charge was outrageous. With that being said! Ms.Kay is very unprofessional and negative toward kids and parents. As far as the director she only want money! No concern for the children or parents. So my daughter is left without childcare. All the staffis very rude and need childcare training. If u looking for love and good meals for your child. That's not the place
DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE
This is the absolute worst daycare in Arkansas.
The director is money hungry and VERY rude
This daycare has a high turn over rate because she treats the staff horribly. There are numerous DHS cases with this facility and numerous complaints that manly complain about the same things. Unorganized , rude staff , nasty facility , there’s is no structure for education for the kids. This facility is so unprofessional that they cannot keep the same therapy company. They have switched numerous therapy providers because no one wants to work with this day care !!! Mrs James the director is money hungry and very rude. Please if you love your kids you will not send them here. I’m only complaining so another parent doesn’t make a mistake that could cost your child’s life.
Do not take your kids to this center if you love your kids they are very unprofessional, your child will stay dirty, the center stink really bad even at 6:30am in the morning when she first opens the doors for business. the director is never at her place of business so she does not really know what is going on in her center. even if your child comes up hurt she will lie for her works and blame it on the child. The assistance Felicia is very rude and unprofessional at this center they only care about the money she doesn't really care about the wellbeing of your child. It also, will be times when her lights go out in her center and you will have to come pick up your child right then and there regardless if you have paid your funds for the week. Her turn over rate is very high no one working in her place of business is even cpr trained. she will hirer anyone to work for her but they do not stay long because when its time to pay there checks would bounce and she would have to go back in pay them in cash. This center Is full of unprofessional messy African American people who only cares about the money. When the health department come or the social workers she will pick parents that she know will go lie for her center but really this center should have been closed a long time ago.
I give this facility a 5 star rating. Ms. James and her staff are very professional and aware of the needs of the children and this community. I am a senior at Henderson State University, In Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Ms. James allowed me to do my observation hours in two of her classrooms, during the busy Thanksgiving holidays. I would recommend this school to parents. I have two grandchildren that have gone here, and I have one that is currently enrolled at this time.
