| Findings: Supervision Concern. There were concerns two young children where located in a loft which was outside of staff view and pulled their pants down. The health department determined through interview with staff that this incident did in fact occur. Resolution: The children were immediately removed from the loft and staff utilized a "circle time" to reinforce personal boundaries and acceptable touch. Loft area is closed for now until until expectations are clear. | |||

However, it was verified that a diaper check was not completed on a child after nap time pursuant to the standard policy. Resolution: Provider is now following the standard diaper changing policy and diapers are checked every two hours. | |||
