I have used this provider for more than 6 months

she is rude and is very unprofessional when handling situations. She can be very pushy at times and inpatient. Don't get me wrong She is a nice person and works well with the children but her character at times over runs her when she allows it. Overall the workers in the daycare are great no issue with them but the daycare can definitely use some improvement. For example pick up children from school to attend the daycare no matter the location of their school. Kids that go to school around the daycare are the only ones that get picked up and that's not fair to the children who go to school a bit further. The owner has a vehicle and one of the co worker as well. Don't see why it can't be done. Providing after school pick up would do wonders. Also at times knocking on the door in the morning and No one answering due to no door bell is a headache and a inconvenience when rushing in the morning. Money should be spent on a door bell. It would make a big difference.
