Lied to repeatedly. Charged my card after my child no longer was going, tied up over 200 dollars of my money. Revolving door of employees. I got a picture from their app that showed them feeding kids on the floor. My child was constantly sick and always had a runny nose when enrolled here. They claimed they were able to take special needs children but that was not at all true, since my child mimics what is seen a new behavior of hitting developed as a result of going here. They do not know what they are doing, do not take your children here. It appears what's most important is keeping the place filled to capacity for the money. Do not recommend. I wouldn't trust Krista or Samantha for your children. Snakes in the grass. Keeping that place at capacity is the goal to keep the money rolling in. One child that hits and/or bites there is someone that has multiple children enrolled so they will allow that "violent" child to stay (minimally supervised as seems to be the theme here just look at the reviews here and on yelp, possibly on fb too ha!) to keep the money coming in from that family. The other child that hits and/or bites here is allowed to stay because the mother is in a bookclub/neighbor with Krista. So those disruptive and "violent" minimally supervised children are constantly leaving marks on everyone else's children and nothing is done about it because as others have said , all this place chalks it up to is "kids will be kids". Instead what should be said is "we are constantly understaffed because we don't know what we are doing and shouldn't be incharge of other people's children". The app is a joke that is advertised to give parents a false sense of security. I was repeatedly reassured when I came to them with worries, and their assurances were nothing more than empty words to keep money coming in and keep the place at capacity. I DARE that place to get cameras that parents can access. If they did, Samantha and Krista would not have jobs because it would reveal just how sub-par this place really is. Stop getting your friends to give you 5 stars that you don't deserve Samantha and Krista, Instead find yourselves different careers because childcare is not where the 2 of you should be. Shameful and deceitful. How about I post pictures showing you feeding those children on the floor. Or post pictures of the children playing on the "playground" of DIRT with barely any toys , not enough to do out there and not enough employees supervising the children. Including the playground photo where it shows the junky fence barely holding together in the back (to their credit they got that fixed 3.5 seconds ago after it being like that for forever and a day.) They put on a lovely facade, maybe acting is in Samantha and Kristas future ???? it is NOT one of the best centers in town, it's just one of the only and few centers in town, don't get it twisted. lack of options is the only reason this place is still in business.
