Description: We’re more than educators. We help families build confidence for life. Our programs give children a foundation they can build on. Wherever they go after they leave Jumpin’ Jax, they’ll be ready to think bigger, feel stronger, and aim higher.
Additional Information: As childcare – preschool, it is our belief that we are responsible for facilitating each child’s learning journey by providing a stimulating environment where adults are able to scaffold the already existing knowledge of the child. In order to achieve this, each child needs to feel nurtured, safe and respected in their learning environment. We aim to involve all parents in the development of programs which are inclusive to the needs of not only the children at our center but also their families and the wider community.

Parents avoid Jumpin Jax and all of their other names they list themselves as on google to avoid confronting the bad reviews of other parents if you care about your little ones. From the beginning, my expectations were not met, and unfortunately, the issues persisted throughout our time there.
Furthermore, the staff's attitude was far from welcoming. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and enthusiasm in their interactions with both the children and the parents. It's disheartening to see your child not excited about going to daycare because of the uninspiring atmosphere created by the staff.
Hygiene and cleanliness also fell short of my expectations. On numerous occasions, I noticed sanitation issues in the play areas and classrooms. Maintaining a clean environment is paramount in a daycare setting, especially considering the vulnerability of young children to germs and illnesses. After checking the State of New Jersey’s Department of Human Services website and for the daycare’s profile, to no surprise they are littered with inspection violations. Feel free to check for yourself (https://www.childcarenj.gov/Search)
The curriculum left much to be desired. The activities seemed repetitive and lacked creativity. There was a distinct absence of variety, and it felt like my child was not being stimulated or engaged adequately. It's crucial for a daycare to provide a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and development.
Safety concerns were another troubling aspect of our experience. There were times when I felt that the security measures in place were insufficient. Proper monitoring and supervision are paramount to ensuring the safety of toddlers, and this is an area where Jumpin Jax fell short.
In conclusion, my experience with Jumpin Jax has been disappointing and frustrating. The lack of communication, unfriendly staff, hygiene issues, uninspiring curriculum, and safety concerns have collectively contributed to a negative perception of the daycare. As a parent, I had hoped for a nurturing and enriching environment for my child, but unfortunately, Jumpin Jax did not meet those expectations. I would not recommend this daycare to other parents seeking a positive and supportive space for their toddlers' growth and development.
