Management is awful — they let specific providers get away with things they shouldn’t be doing; when leads go to them with concerns they are told to mind their own business; providers have left children alone/unattended outside; a provider blatantly ignored a fire in the toaster saying it wasn’t her job; some providers cuss constantly in front of children; some providers are rough with children; providers constantly gossip and tell lies about other providers and management believes them; very toxic
