Staff person #2 was also out of ratio at this time, until staff person #1 arrived at the facility at approximately 9:37 am.

Correction Required: When children are grouped in mixed age levels, the age of the youngest child in the group determines the staff:child ratio and maximum group size in accordance with the requirements at 3280.52(b).

Noncompliance Area: The window on the right side of the main room and the window in the infant sitting room on the 2nd floor, both of which are above the ground floor and open directly to the outdoors, were able to open more than 6 inches.
