Description: In 2009-2010 school year, Arkansas Law prescribes that a child shall be five (5) years of age on or before September 1; in 2010-2011 school year the child shall be five (5) years of aged on or before August 15; in 2011-2012 school year the child shall be (5) years of age on or before August 1 to attend Kindergarten.
