The owners comments have my laughing in tears ???? I was also in that waiting room with my pet and it was absolutely a terrible experience! The woman caring for the babies was so horrific to them NOT TO MENTION THE STAFF!!!! She was not polite and demanded things to go her way! I too called for a “same day” appointment and guess what? I was seen at my appointment time! If anything “Lyndsey” should be calling the girls at the front desk and profusely apologize!!!

My Boy Mar 12, 2022
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I am appalled with the 1 star review on this page for Lyndsay. The "screamer" in question is my son and Lyndsay called me once they got home from the Vet we tried to Duo a few times while she was in the exam room but she did not have enough service to hold the call. We are struggling to get my boy to understand unsafe situations and he is safe in the stroller. He hates to be confined but we all knew the game plan for the day and expected the resistance as he does the same for me during any doctors appointment or getting in the car or stroller or telling him no because he is a toddler and toddlers have difficulty in expressing themselves. The more we talk to him in these moments the more he screams and the harder it is to calm him, we have to keep it short and to the point or he will get worse. Lyndsay is a wonderful provider and works with each kiddo individually on their needs. So yes I do have a screamer when he is displeased but we are actively working on it and I encourage you to not judge a book on a moments high stress waiting room experience, she actively tried to calm him multiple times with each child's travel toy and attempting to call me multiple times but again she could not hold service. I also am not the only family she has that travels at least 30-45 minutes just to have her as our provider. Sincerely the screamers Mama

This woman should be fined for the way she treats the children she is supposedly suppose to be caring for. She brought them all with her to a vet appointment that she demanded after being told we could not see her until 11:20. She "walked in" with the children 2.5 hours prior to her scheduled appointment time. After waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes the children began to get antsy. Some started crying and then screaming. She looked at the children all under 3 I would say (some in infant seats) and said "You can fuss all you want, you are not getting out." Those children SCREAMED and cried for 2 hours (some hyperventilating) while she continued to be rude to staff in front of them and telling the children we "didn't want to listen to them whine and complain any longer." In all reality, the entire staff felt so bad for those poor babies. I hope any parent that sends their child there highly reconsiders her professionalism and seeks a new childcare provider immediately!!!!

Owner Response

Lyndsay H Mar 11, 2022
I wanted to respond to "Anonymous". I had called a couple days in a row to try to get an appointment for our senior dog, I was informed to call at 7am to be able to schedule one same day or to just walk in during their business hours. I could not get an appointment that would work for all and was disappointed from the response when calling back for the 3rd time to informed them I was canceling the appointment and try our luck at walk in. We were already out running an errand, going home was a waste when we would have had to pack right back up by the time we were settled at home due to length it takes as a single provider to get all children ready fed and changed before getting in the vehicle and then not to mention the drive time. All kids were fed and cleaned. What was said to the child in the waiting area was "You can fuss if you want bud,but your not getting out" something we are actively working on with him is his temper and short to the point responses get him further than a lengthy "we can't do this because" he losses interest by the 5th word. He fussed a few times and then was upset that I went back to talking about motorcycles and airplanes and dog poop to our 4 and 2.5 year old as these were the items they could see or hear nearby. The child you speak of that was "hyperventilating" was the same child who was upset to be in the stroller to begin with, this was when we were in the room and he was very upset after changing him because I had to put him back in the stroller to change others as he would have played with all of the instruments in the room causing a potential danger to himself or others. Once everyone was changed we opened the door and went outside and I was rocking that same child as he was still very upset and I was rubbing his cheek when the owner of the Vet Clinic spotted us outside and came up and offered to give them a stroll while I still had my other three and we waited half inside the exam room and half outside so they could all get some fresh air. The owner came to talk and I said I was sorry just trying to make all happy and still protect everyone, she responded with she understood and wanted to go check and see what was going on, I asked her not to because I felt the staff was already pretty upset with me (I felt this way because everytime I tried to talk or ask why something was different than normal this particular staff would continuously put her hand up and walk away from me while rolling her eyes and saying whatever, this happened on two occasions infront of my kiddos and one while I came out of the door and asked if someone could just take a peak quick to make sure our dog did not have an infected eye and we would be out of everyone's way fast) after telling the owner I felt they were already upset was the point in time she informed me she was the owner and would handle it. Not even 2 minutes later and my dog is back in the exam room and a few moments later we are all back in the car with wonderful compassion from the owner once again offering to help. All kiddos were once again fed as soon as we got in the vehicle in case they all wanted a snack, some did and some did not. Then we left and headed for the park to get our wiggles out after being stationary so long. I am so sorry you feel the way you do but I promise anyone that these kiddos are my life and their families will tell you the same!
