I am an employee

The new director is hot springs is probably the worst one we have had in years. The people she is hiring including herself have no common sense whatsoever. They don't care about the well being of the kids all she has done positive is come and paint a little and make it look decent on the outside. She doesn't care about her teachers and she is unprofessional but that's what the company gets for letting its previous director hire a relative that is even more of a a** that he ever was. The food they feed the kids is so unacceptable nothing is cooked mostly cold cereal and lunch meat. Now they have this new nutrition person that has cut the meals in half she feeds those kids and teachers what a 1 year old should be eating. I was NEVER recommend this hell hole for a place of employment or to bring your child to attend the hot springs district is the worst school ever! And I will be sending this same info to someone hire up so somebody can come visit and fix this mess she has created!
