I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I love the experience we have had so far. The infant room and the Movers room have the most caring and attentive staff. They really give your child a lot of personal attention and really show your child love and affection. Miss Taylor and Miss Autumn are awesome!! I cannot say enough about those two young ladies. My child loves them!! I am so blessed to have found this center. It is clean, sanitized, safe and so fun for the babies. They really do a lot of activities with the babies. The management is caring and they always have time to visit with me if I need their time. I feel very comfortable leaving my child with the care takers here. As my child continues with this center I have no reason to believe he will not continue receiving the same care as he progresses in to the older classes.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

In a 2 month span our child unfortunately had more incident reports than normal (upwards of 10+). When asked how normal an incident report was for a child they acted as if all the kids had accumulated multiple ones and not to worry, after asking multiple parents of children in the same age group this was not the case (one parent could only recall receiving 1 report)... One trip to the ER to have a deep cut, what the staff of this center referred to as a tiny scrape, glued -- resulting in a permanent scar. A fire in the building also occurred and parents were not notified unless they had a FB account. The directors inability to have compassion or willingness to resolve any of our REASONABLE concerns resulted in a negative experience and a fear of us ever trusting a child care center again.
