Description: Hot Spots promote academic achievement by extending learning outside of the classroom and strengthening the school-community relationships through collaboration and partnerships with educational leaders and community stakeholders.
Hot Spots “does what it does” because society continuous to have tremendous challenges that the school and community consistently face. These challenges have limited the resources of the school and frayed community relationships. As an extended care provider the Hot Spots organization has taken note of the challenges and shifts in the educational and community environment and has accepted the responsibility to be a support system for students outside of the traditional classroom.
At Hot Spots Extended Care Program our passion for children doesn’t stop when the school day ends. Our mission is to aid students in the application of the skills that they are learning during the traditional educational day and transfer that knowledge using various instructional strategies and digital learning tools.
We view the school community as a positive partnership of collaboration and communication to help execute various initiatives.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues.
