Findings: The room for the cafeteria and the room for the gym has been switched by the elementary school. The program has previously been approved to use the space previously identified as the cafeteria. This space has been converted into the gymnasium and they are now using the previously identified space of the gym, which is now classified as the cafeteria. This change in space was not communicated to the Office of Child Care prior.
