About the Provider

In response to our call to be in ministry to children, the Horizons Center at White Rock United Methodist Church seeks to meet the needs of our community by providing Christian service to the whole family and to foster the development of children to their fullest potetial physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
