I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Generally, the daycare is decent. Activities, meal times, naptime, potty training and timeouts. Downsides, physical discipline without parental knowledge nor consent,
are not professional,
do not provide full tours nor explain guidlines.
I strongly did not approve of witnessing a daycare woman use two forms of physical discipline with two different children. One child was pinched and one was spanked on the bottom right in front of me. Why is this necessary when there is a timeout bench? After daycare my two year old son randomly pinched himself at home and said the daycare woman's name "Charlotte". I addressed the issue the next morning and Ms. Charlotte denies physical discipline completely. My son was not there for two consecutive days due to a cold. The owner decided to remove my son from the daycare without notifying me until I bring him in to drop him off the following third day.

My child has been attending this Childcare for years and I have never had an issue with the owner or the staff. The owner takes pride in the children and shows much love them individually and as a whole. For people to make up lies about a great Childcare for their own selfish reasons is pathetic. A drink of water, really woman. There is a purified water dispenser accessible by the children also a sink in the each classroom along with 3 bathrooms with sinks in them if your child was thirsty. Sad that people are quick to run someone name or business through the mud because they don't get their way. All the daycares in your town but you chose to take your child to this one. There 's a reason why you did and it's because it's highly spoke of and one of the best. If it was as bad as you say, why would your child have to tell you twice, the first time should have been enough if it was my child. Get a life and stop trying to ruin others.

Twice i picked uo my 7 year old daughter who was in tears because they wouldn't let her get a drink. When i told the owner, she said my daughter could have gotten a drink from the bathroom sink if she was that thirsty. I saved the email for future needs. I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone.
