Plan: Teaching staff was terminated on 4/22/24. DHS will train requirements at pre-service for all staff. We have access to pull up and monitor any classroom on the camera. The Family Service Worker will be trained at preservice to monitor the children at drop off and recognize a problem leading to the staff asking probing questions of parents about child's behavior in class.
Description: Behavior and Guidance - Serious: Staff used inappropriate physical discipline on multiple children yanking them by the arm and dumping them off their cots.

Plan: In regarding to the cell phone usage while having supervision of children, this has been brought up to all Staff members of CADC/Head Start at our annual training and it will be monitored closely. There will be training and reminders throughout the school year about cell phone usage while with children. The Staff at CADC/Head Start will not be on electronic devices while they are with children throughout the day.
