I've seen a positive changed in my child. My son would get upset if the center was closed. The staff would always keep me updated, which is very important to be because I am very busy and I can't keep up with everything. Thanks you His Glory for all your teachable moments that you gave my child while being enrolled in you Nc Pre-K programs.
I have received nothing but excellence from this facility since my child has been here since 2015. If I ever need ANYTHING there is always someone there to help me. My child's teachers help to build up her motivation and dream big! I can see a big difference within education since my child has been here. She's actually very interested in learning and keeping up with her peers. Her teacher looks happy as well. Sometimes I even have to drag my daughter out the place because she dosent want to leave. My child has starting to read basic site words too. Awesome facility I would reccommend to others.
My child has fun learning and now he look forward to school, this never happened before.
The Center has excellent quality and all the staff is professional.
The new building is beautiful, everything is brand new and clean, classrooms are spacious and they have a secure system for parents to check in and out the children.
My husband, me and my children love this daycare.
Great facilities, spacious were kids can run around.Classrooms are really big and all of them have new furniture and toys.
Teachers are very gentle and nice. They have an stable staff so my kids have always the same teacher that already knows them.
Mrs Foster, the director, seems to be pretty committed with her school, parents and children. Shes always in the building and you can talk with her when you need.
His Glory does not live up to its name at all. Mrs. Foster can be a very nice person when in concern for your child. When it comes to her staff they have very negative attitudes. With her recent problems with the threat of her closing, and being evicted you could tell that her only concern was the children and parents, and not her staff. She has a very high turn over rate with her employess, it's like every month there is a new teacher in a classroom. I remember my son being in the preschool classroom, and one day he had a teacher and the next day I found out the teacher had quit. Something is not right with that. You can tell that some of her staff members are not wanting to be there and very unhappy. I've heard a few times teachers say "I don't get paid enough to be doing this or on time". You can tell she is very unstable as far as the business is concerned. Everytime I picked my son up he would be hungry they don't feed the children very well. No child should be that hungry everyday. If you are looking for a childcare center for your child save your money and time. You will not be happy at all. Even with her process of moving into a new building, if the curtain problems she has now follow her to the new building, then it will just be a new building with the same problems.
Sincerly Experienced Parent
For this Center to be named "His Glory" it definitely doesnt live up to his name. The director, Ms. Foster is a very well rounded Christian woman, she's very nice, and you can go to her when you have concerns about the care of your child or things going on in the center. I do believe that she talks with her staff about the issues that are brought to her, but it doesnt change anything. Most of her staff consists of immediate family members, some friends, etc.. My issue with His Glory is the staff, this ultimately effects the care that your child deserves to recieve. Some of her staff is very unprofessional, and do not have the appropriate comunication, people skills, or loving children nature within, to be in such a field. Some of them bring their personal issues to work, gossip instead of watching & teaching the children, have attitudes etc. I would advise anyone seeking childcare to save yourself the headache and time, do not allow your child to attend this center, because you or your child will not be happy, they dont take up much time with the children or attentive of their needs. I hope someone sees this as constructive criticism and not negativity, because obviously with the attrition rate being so high for enrollment and employment; There's definitely a problem. They are currently in the process of expanding their center and moving out of the location they are currently in. The upgraded location would be a great move for them, which is across the parking lot, but if the same staff is present while they transition, nothing will change!
