Description: Highland Children’s Center is a 5 star licensed center that is structured to meet the social, physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual needs of children. Our goal is to encourage each child to develop his or her own uniqueness. We teach and guide children to be successful in school, at home, and in our society, while also preparing them for Kindergarten. Our curriculum is based off of the The Creative Curriculum®. All activities are developmentally appropriate and are geared to the age and abilities of each child. Each classroom offers a variety of activities in different learning centers such as Science, Math, Blocks, Art, Dramatic Play, Music and more. Play is the natural way of learning for young children and through play, children will be exposed to Kindergarten readiness skills. Children feel secure knowing what to expect on a consistent basis, so there are structured activities planned throughout the day in a nurturing and Christian environment.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
