I have used this provider for more than 6 months

As a paying customer and medical professional, I can tell you that this has been the best experience I have had with childcare services. Very clean atmosphere, staff are patient and know each child well, and my child always comes home happy and having learned something new. Staff is responsive and from what I have observed, genuinely care about the children. I would highly recommend HHPS to anyone who wants their child to emotionally and socially grow in a clean and caring environment. Love all the staff as they get to know you and your family well and really employ their PBIS training to make this a safe and fun environment for children to learn and play. Highly recommend!!

I am an employee

This was the worst place to work. During my job, I was talked down on by my employers and other coworkers. Lead teachers think they are the boss and try to have control of every situation. Staff are late to work, do not take any covid protections, and do the bare minimum. Staff are left out of ratio, the owners are almost never on property and hardly offer assistance. Owners lie to employees, parents, and DHS. They promise one thing and will make every excuse in the book as to why they cannot fulfill their promise. Owners do not hide their favoritism and allow the favorable employees to do whatever they want, including being late to work and stealing from the business. During my job food was constantly found missing from the fridge or pantry and gift cards had disappeared. They only offered bonus checks to a select amount of employees and the other employees who were not as favored received 25-50% on their bonuses compared to others. Owner does not know what is going on in her business, she does not pay attention to who works or when, how many children are currently enrolled in her center, or the individual schedules of each child. She does not know nap or eating schedules/routines. Owner picks favorites in the children enrolled as well and only allows the favorites to do fun activities outside of the classroom. Overall I do not recommend employment or enrollment of children at this center because it lacks organization, security, and structure. Not all children are treated equally, teachers also pick obvious favorites and allow those children to do whatever they please. Tuition is also way overpriced and staff do not get paid enough.
