Licenisng worker also observed food sitting on the table in a classroom that was not being used that day that was molded and dated 7/28/20. In addition, there were food pieces (appeared to be chicken and rice) laying on the table and floor. There was also pieces of broccoli on the floor and table in the kitchen that director reported not to be from today as they had not served lunch yet. |
