My son loves Heart & Soul and if he's happy I'm happy. He has wonderful teachers who truly care about him. He is also doing well with letter and number recognition. At three and a half he can recognize 20 out of 26 letters and has 100% number recognition numbers 1-10. The facility is always clean and the staff is alway welcoming and informative. They also use an app that allows you to have complete contact with your child's staff through out the day. They use keyless entry, every child has a code, you don't have the code you don't get in. I don't worry about my child's safety, emotional or educational status while his with them. They do field trips and have educational (and fun) guests. My son has a ball.
