I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter has attended Blythe Head Start since the fall of 2015. We've had nothing but problems since the first month. We started having problems with our daughter at home soon after she started at Blythe but with discipline and parenting haven't had any problems at home, staying with family members, or the childcare facility we use on the weekends I work since. Every week at Blythe though we get at least one bad report. And not small things. Fighting and more. We've reached out and put my daughter in counseling even trying to help us see any problems we're missing. The only common denominator in every report we've been given from Blythe is the teacher isn't present when it's happened. I've talked to my daughter, she's admitted fault, taken responsibility. For more than 6 months my daughter hasn't been eating at pre-k. We started having problems with her eating at home. Went to Blythe and asked if she ate at pre-k and they said never. They never felt that was important to share with us. The main reason I felt it was necasary to reach out to other parents is Blythe called the Department of Children Services today over an incident at school and never contacted us about it. DCS had to visit us and admitted they didn't feel any of this was necassary. When I called and questioned the culture of this particular Head Start program I was told that they couldn't control the action of ever kid and that this program was for families with less money so the culture In her classroom go hand in hand. In a nutshell my daughter has been left unsupervised way more than I allow at my home. No teaching, no developing, and zero effort to put the needs of these kids first. And they've caused my family more headaches and stress than they have ever helped. I understand this is income based and a lot of families like mine are limited but that shouldn't mean our kids shouldn't be treated with the same respect as a family with less financial restrictions. I'm embarrassed I allowed my daughter to stay here as long as I did.
