Ms. Alicia goes above and beyond for the children in her care. My son is severely autistic and she works very well with him to manage his behaviors, help him to eat and sleep better, to socialize, and to potty train. Ms. Alicia engages with the children, encourages them to learn, and she shows true concern for their growth and development. You can tell she really cares about children and wants them to be healthy, happy, and safe.
