Description: We offer a rich, nurturing early childhood program of 3-5 year olds, which permits each child to develop at his/her own pace through "hands-on" play. Because Harbor's children are respected and valued, they learn to respect and value others. Harbor's literature rich environment promotes a love of reading while encouraging storytelling and inventive writing. Other engaging "hands-on" activities include music, art, movement and imaginary play. Parent/Teacher partnerships are fostered at Harbor by involving parents in the learning process.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

Great Center!!! Clean facility and wonderful staff and administration. I've toured many schools and Willis Ave beats them all.
Great school and qualified staff. Administrators are wonderful. The only negative thing I have to say would be the feel of welcoming in the building. Most days I'm waiting for a good 5 mins before the lady opens the door for me and I barely get a good morning as she's clearly making personal phone calls with her back towards me. Makes me wonder if she's even paying attention to security? Overall I love this center! But I would have to agree with the other post with the secretary.
Called that center a few weeks ago for care of my child. The woman Janice that answered the phone was beyond rude to me. I stated that i was going through DSS and she started to judge me and telling me i wont qualify. How dare she. I will not be going back there. The company should make changes on who answers their phones. Wow!
First impressions always last. The woman who answered the phone (Janice) was very rude and rushed me off the phone. Did not have any patience to answer any questions. Will not be sending or recommending this place.
