Description: Happy Kids Learning Center, Inc. is a state licensed center and is regulated by "Bright From The Start" Georgia Dept. of Early Care and Learning. We offer affordable, quality childcare from infancy through the pre-teen years. Our center also host the Georgia Pre-K Program (at no charge) for any Child that is a Georgia resident and is four years of age before September 1st.

My child attended Happy Kids Learning Center Pee-k. Our daughter scored well on the kindergarten test before entering kindergarten. She was well prepared and is now reading above grade level. We were very pleased with the teachers. They were very personal and kept us informed throughout the year, with conferences, notes, personal phone calls.
I writing reviews because I want people to know what happened for their own child's sake. Save yourself the worrisome nights, praying your child will forget what happened to him and hassle filing reports and your child being interviewed multiple times. I picked my son and daughter up from Happy Kids Learning Center to discover my son had been smacked in the mouth! How do I know? Because it's the first thing he told me when we drove out of the parking lot and down the street. I wanted to cry when I seen his bruised and busted lip. Mr. Justin (asst. director) had no right to put his hands on my kid, and his mother (director) should feel ashamed for covering her son's tracks by deleting the video! The cameras are always working there, I seen them every time I stepped foot in her office, which was all the time. I could sit down and chat with her for hours, and I trusted her the most. The investigators said they couldn't find the video... what a kawinky dink!
