I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My 3 year old who speaks very clearly, came home and said he was spanked and it made him cry. After further questions he said it was because he was not listening at nap time. I understand its a 3 year old vs a teachers word who said it never happened, but its also odd that he could tell you the who, what, where, when and why if it didn't actually happen.
