The TOYBOX Program is an early learning center within a high school laboratory setting. The program is established within the framework of an Early Childhood Education Program. This means, the children are taught by sophomore, junior and senior high school students, under adult supervision. The high school students observe, plan, and work with the children under the direction and guidance of our professional staff.

Additional Information:

All children must be independently toilet trained and at least 3 years of age by the first day of school.  Tuition rates - $145 for full time, $110 for part time care (three days per week)

Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies observed at the annual compliance inspection conducted on 02-19-2026, and subject to change pending programmatic review. A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. The DES Group Size was compliant at the time of the inspection. 2 of 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified as valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. The following items were discussed, but not limited to: 1. Fingerprint card staff file requirements. 2. Annual staff training hour requirements.

Initial Comments: There were no deficiencies observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 2/24/2025. The Compliance Officer provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection. The Emergency Disaster Contact Form was completed at the time of the inspection. The DES Contact Group size was in compliance at the time of the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 2 of 2 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 02/27/2024 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Please submit the Plan of Corrections via the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The Emergency Disaster Contact form was completed at the time of the inspection. The Empower Self-Evaluation was completed at the time of the inspection. The DES Contact Group Size was in compliance during the inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 3 of 3 staff members were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. During the exit interview, the following items were discussed but are not limited to: *The toilets seats in the toilet room need to remain tight fitting. *Monitor the parent's signatures and making sure they are legal signatures.
