Children are not treated with respect. Their are children that the manager dislikes; it's so sad. When I brought my concerns to hospital management I was told "not to care too much" by Liz Brown whose child is in the daycare (I taught her daughter how to ride a tricycle). The older children were lined up on a wall while staff would get the nappers down. These children were expected to sit against the wall and be quiet, it was horrifying. It's cheap because they hire teenagers instead of grandma's with experience and knowledge. I did report this behavior of management at daycare to childcare Licensing and hoped they would do something but it appears they did not. I would NEVER put my child or grandchild in this daycare. Ask your child about the care or non care given to them. If your child doesn't want to go, I can guarantee it's because they are not a "favorite" of management or staff. I loved all the children, they were awesome and I treated them like they were my grandkids. Thank you.

Finds: CITED - Extreme R381-100-11(1)(a)-(g) - Provide and maintain active supervision The Licensee was out of compliance with R381-100-11(1)(f) by failing to ensure that each caregiver provides and maintains active supervision of each child. During an inspection, it was determined that a staff member did not position them self so each child in their group was actively supervised which allowed a child to get out of the play area and through a barrier and into the street. |
