It is my experience that this facility’s top priority is to simply fill each room to/beyond capacity to bring in as much money as possible. They do not care about the quality of care provided nor is the front office staff very professional when speaking with parents/families. Complaints from parents are not handled appropriately and are mostly overlooked by the director. Most of the teachers are amazing but there are some who are mean, rude and simply seem to be in the wrong profession. There doesn’t seem to be much direction or discipline given from management to staff when it is needed.
