*The information in this listing, including the center description, is not accurate for Bright Beginnings Fairfield. It looks like it was taken from another listing.* My review: Bright Beginnings in Fairfield, as well as their other locations, is run by Rudita Gupta & her husband. My son was at BB Fairfield for 2 years. My son has a chronic disease, which with proper care & supervision he can participate fully in all childcare (& other) activities. Childcare centers must make reasonable accommodations & follow through with them for chronic diseases like his that are covered under ADA law. Bright Beginnings not only put my son in danger knowingly multiple times by leaving his medical supplies in other rooms, not addressing medical needs, & inappropriate staffing, but they even went as far as changing their written policies to exclude my son. For this, I reported them to the state, and they were investigated, fined, and obviously had to repeal the exclusionary policy. I did pull my son from the school for these reasons & others. I have also witnessed staff scream at toddlers, completely ignore hyperventilating upset toddlers to socialize, withhold food, refuse to clean up a child’s vomit & laugh when another child slipped in it, & another time punish a different child for vomiting. There are a few amazing teachers, many were not, and the management was horrible. I had multiple issues with double charging & random surprise fees. I have only had my child attend the Fairfield location, but have heard similar reviews across all of the above areas from friends at this & other BB locations.
