Additional Information:

The possibilities for enhancing a child's knowledge are limitless.  Our wide range of infant, toddler and preschool curriculum materials focus on literacy, character education, language development, math, science, and more.  Learning begins at birth; and we know children are never too young to be taught the love of God. We believe children learn best through play and hands-on, sensory motor activities.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I walked in to find my five month old baby mouth open on the dirty floor/carpet where staff and parents walk each day. Imagine you’ve just come from the job site where you stand in dirt and chemicals and then track in to pick up your child. My 5 month old baby boy had his mouth on that. When I inquired about the practice I was simply told the rug was cleaned the week prior. Additionally, I was reminded that two weeks notice is required to leave. Really?

Appalling and disgusting. My child has been sick since he started. We are not staying.

Jerilyn Watts Reviewer stats4 reviews • 0 photos Review left by Jerilyn Watts starstarstarstarstar 2 weeks ago We currently have 3 children enrolled and have been in attendance since fall of 2018. CCAG has been a trusted source of childcare for our kids, including dropping off and picking up of our elementary students if we have to work early/late. We have enjoyed watching our kids grow: developing social, empathetic, and decision making skills. We appreciate CCAG in assisting in emotion regulation, peer play, and allowing children to have a safe space. As a parent I am grateful for the new updated security features, personable staff that not only builds a connection with us parents but also my kids. I do love our kids classroom teachers. I cannot thank Nikki and Greg enough for being there for our oldest on rough days and for also challenging her mind with teaching her to play chess Harley has since moved up, but she has been with my 3 year old since she was 6 weeks old and our daughter still just loves her. Our child has also talked consistently about how much she loves her classroom teachers. There is an app that is used for a majority of communication from inside the classroom. This makes it easy to communicate efficiently with the classroom teachers on the needs of my children. We love the open line of communication that is provided with Cristin, Amanda and Amy, I cannot express my gratitude enough for them holding the same values and concerns that we do (if/when) a problem or concern arises. While it is true that no one can mother or parent the same as you, I truly trust the staff that Cristin has chosen to run and operate the office and in the classroom.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My 10 month old grand daughter attended this daycare for 5 weeks from mid August 2018 until end of September. It was a horrible experience. The lady in the infant department was caring for 6 babies and was obviously overwhelmed. When picking our baby up during this 5 week period we experienced the following: filthy face with dried food all over it, wet clothing, and dirty/wet diapers. They mixed her pacifier up multiple times with other babies' and lost her bottles. She is allergic to certain brands of diapers, and it was documented that she could only wear the diapers sent. Multiple times she came home with different diapers on which resulted in rashes. These things were addressed with staff yet continued to happen. She also takes a sensitivity formula which was documented in paperwork and confirmed verbally with staff. Each time when asking if she needed more, they would reply she had plenty. When she was withdrawn from the daycare, the original container was almost full 5 weeks later. Either they gave her a different formula or didn't give her formula at all. She cried every single time she was dropped off for five weeks. I, her grandmother, picked her up on 3 occasions and was never asked for the code, my ID, or even my name. I came through the door each time when some one else was leaving and went from room to room until I found her and picked her up. Then they gave me her bag and car seat. The last day she was there when I picked her up at 3:45pm, there were 2 young infants in swings crying, 2 older babies sitting in the floor with no toys crying, another baby was laying in the floor with side of his face laying against floor staring off into space, and my grand daughter was screaming bloody murder while this woman changed her diaper. She seemed to be oblivious to it all and was not even attempting to soothe any of the children. This is probably the first review I have ever written in my life. I truly hope that it prevents another family from experiencing what we did. I'm sure that the daycare will respond with the generic response that I saw for other reviews, "We are under new management, the things said are untrue, etc..." Just know that their lack of genuine effort to address issues will most definitely carry over to the quality, or lack of quality, of care your child will receive at this facility.

Breckan Piker 6 reviews·3 photos a week agoNEW I sat on a waitlist for almost a year for this daycare when I was pregnant with my child because of the great reviews I had been given. It was more than worth it! My child is loved on and cared for when I leave her daily, like she would be if she were at home. She learns new things and is constantly being taught! This is what makes a difference in babysitting and a daycare.I truly feel at peace when I drive out daily because I know my child is being kept safe and being loved on and shown the goodness of God! Thank you so much GCA for being the second constant in my babies life and a great source of care!
