They do not have an effective anti-bullying policy in force. Our son was being hit daily by kids in his class. We only found out because he had the language skills to tell us. His teachers acted as though they did not know there was a problem and responded by saying that "It doesn't seem to bother him" and "he's not the only one being hit" they then asked me what I thought should be done about it. As though they had no idea how to handle such problems.
After speaking to several other children in the class it was apparent this was a daily occurrence and he cried as school regularly. We decided to withdraw him from the school, I left a message for the director but she never called me back to offer an apology.
I believed my son was safe at this school but after losing the trust and confidence in the teachers I felt I had no other choice but to remove him from the situation. Until they have some sort of policy in force to address these types of issues I cannot recomend this school.
