My daughter had been going to this place for about two+ years. She began complaining that Ms Faye was being mean to her. My daughter would express concerns about Ms Faye's mood and hoping it would be better tomorrow or the next day more often than I felt like she should. Additionally, I noticed that she was being placed into time out EXCESSIVELY. I had spoken to the owner, Dee and "teacher" Faye about my concerns on more than one occasion. The owner, Dee, acknowledged that Faye has communication issues and described her as not being a "people's person." Regrettably, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, hoping that it was just a misunderstanding. I began to notice a pattern of things changing however not lasting more than a week or two. My daughter would display symptoms of anxiety and cry whenever she would have to go there. She expressed fears of this woman to her elementary school teachers. They were so concerned for her well- being that they brought it my attention as well. My daughter would come home every night talking about the way Faye was mistreating her and making her feel. She would WORRY that she is going to do something to upset this woman! I have seen Faye display a short temperament with staff, her mother (Dee), and eventually myself- I asked why were all of the children sitting on the dirty, hard, and cold floor instead of the rugs in the classroom and got attitude from her. My baby is only 5 years old and being bullied by a grown adult?? NO! Also, my daughter has said many times that Faye does not help her with fastening the buttons to her pants/skirts when using the bathroom. New staff member was hired and NEVER introduced to the parents. There's been occasions where their MEN have come to hang out with them during business hours! Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone! There's nothing Christian about this place besides the awful gospel music that's played during play time and prayer before meals.
I wouldn’t recommend this daycare very unprofessional. The director ms Faye snatched a toy from my child’s hand. My child was removed. They have nasty attitudes. Poor communication skills. They owe me money for over payment and have been lying for a month about sending me money. Very unprofessional and I’m so disappointed.
I had a horrible experience with the daycare. very unprofessional the mother is the owner and the daughter is the director.The director has a very nasty attitude does not like to communicate. They attempted to put kids in van that had no working air, and the food portions are very small. The director had my child afraid of her because she would yell at her, and my child was removed from the daycare. very poor communication skills. I talked to the owner but of course nothing happened because it is her daughter and she is currently still working there. I would not recommend anyone to put children in this place.
