Description: Georgi Academy's goal is to exceed the expectations of the families they serve. Their mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of the children, families, staff members, and communities they serve. By continuing to uphold their school to the high standards of NAEYC Accreditation, they ensure that their children are engaged in an enriched learning environment and that their staff members are committed to ongoing professional development. It is essential that their school goes beyond meeting children’s basic needs. They will provide interaction, stimulation, affection, security, and learning through hands-on exploration and discovery.

I absolutely love this daycare. As an employee here, I feel appreciated by my co-workers, management, the children and the parents. The children have all grown on me and nothing makes my day more than walking into work with kids all running up in excitement to give me a warm welcoming hug! It makes me chuckle when a parent comes to pick up a child that just doesn't want to leave! It warms my heart each time a parent informs me that at home their child is singing songs from class or chatting happily about what they learned in class that day. The teachers create lasting bonds with the children. To the best of their abilities they do whatever they can to make sure each child is loved, cared for and challenged to pursue his/her talent & creativity. The director, Vicki, is the one of the best things the center has going for it. I have witnessed her going out of her way countless times in effort to make the center a better place for all of us. Regarding previous comments about staffing issues: management is doing everything within their power to not only hire more help, but to also make sure only the best qualified teachers who have a BIG HEART for children are the ones who join our family! I would highly recommend this center to parents and teachers looking for work.
I have to say that I have had my two children in this facility four a total of four and a half years. They love the staff here. The management has always bent over backwards to accommodate my family and our needs. I have never once heard a complaint out of staff or other families. I will say that you may want to check out this center. It is fantastic. I will never place my children anywhere else.
I agree with this lady above, employees provide more than excellent care for these children. They love these kids as if they were their own! The management and owner do not consider the lives of the employees. If a emergency occurs or employees get sick and they don't have someone to cover the teacher they are not allowed to leave no matter if you have a temperature or not. The employee children that are employed there do not get the same treatment as their other employees. They do not have enough employees on campus so they move the cook into classrooms to have all the bases covered. There is so much more that is twisted in the management and ownership of this company, no way you could write about it all. I do not know how they haven't shut down yet.
The management is terrible the employees are under paid and are not allowed to get any type of overtime and are not offered any benefits. All of the employees there work to the best of their ablilities ensuring that the children are well cared for while the management uses them like slaves, The parents pay high dollar for their children to attend the daycare while the employees who help build the reputation of the daycare are treated poorly.
