My daughter didn’t attend for a long period, but when we needed records transferred I got an attitude by staff and said they faxed them the same day they were requested, it never happened, I’ve called at least three times and her school has called multiple times as well. My daughter has an IEP that you guys are WITHHOLDING and I cannot get in contact with anybody nor a call back. I will be calling the board and seeing how she has an IEP what can be done because this is ridiculous. My daughter has autism and this is her LAST year of preschool that your staff is stopping her from attending because making sure a faxx is sent is obviously too difficult.
